“Why are the programs conducted fully online? Do you also offer in-person lessons in a classroom?”
We specialize in 100% online lessons that require no travel time, so that your child can devote as much time as possible to extracurricular activities and family.
Can the lesson frequency be adjusted based on my child’s schedule?

Do you teach subjects other than Japanese?
No, our program specializes exclusively in Japanese language and literacy development. We do not offer instruction in other subjects.
Do you offer group lessons?
No, KNOWLEDGE BOND provides only one-on-one, fully private lessons.
My child is not an international school student or a returnee. Can we still enroll?
Yes. Before enrollment, we meet with every student for an interview and conduct a level check. Please apply through the Free Consultation Form.
What is the enrollment process like?
Please fill out the Free Consultation Form. In the consultation, we will explain the lesson details and answer your questions. Take a trial lesson (which also includes the level check). Complete enrollment and decide on the lesson start date. Lessons begin.
What is the process from enrollment to the first lesson?
After the enrollment process is completed, we will match the student with a suitable teacher. Lessons may begin on the requested service start date, billed on a monthly basis.
We are also considering overseas universities. Do you offer academic or admissions counseling?
Yes, we provide consulting services including academic and admissions counseling. Please briefly describe your inquiry in the Free Consultation Form.
What are the payment methods?
At the end of each month, we will calculate the total lesson fees for that month. Please make the payment by the 15th of the following month. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Is prepayment or installment payment available?
No, we do not offer prepayment or installment payment options.
Are there any withdrawal fees or penalties?
No, there are no withdrawal fees or penalties. You will only be charged the enrollment fee for the first month and the monthly tuition thereafter.
