Additional Costs
The following expenses are to be borne separately by the customer:
- Enrollment fee: 22,000 JPY (tax included)
- Textbook/material costs: approximately 5,000 JPY
- Bank transfer fees
- Costs for preparing and maintaining the necessary equipment to take lessons (PC, peripheral devices, internet connection, etc.)
- Internet connection fees and any other communication-related charges incurred during the free consultation and service provision (amounts depend on the terms set by your contracted service providers)
Payment Timing
Under the monthly tuition system (hourly rate × monthly contracted lesson hours, determined through prior agreement), the total monthly tuition will be invoiced at the end of each month. Payment must be made by the 15th of the following month.

Service Period
After the enrollment process is completed, lessons may begin on the requested service start date, billed on a monthly basis.
No renewal fees or administrative costs are required for contract continuation.
Withdrawal (Mid-term Cancellation)
You may withdraw at any time by notifying us. No withdrawal fees or penalties will be charged. Please note that, due to the monthly tuition system, the cooling-off period stipulated under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply.

Before applying, please ensure that the environment you plan to use (computer, tablet, etc.) is compatible with our services.
